House & Complex Facilities: Pueblo Diana is a very attractive community 1 minute walk to the excellent beach. There are 37 residential units (apartments and townhouses with 2 or 3 bedrooms), most having good sea views. The communal grounds consist of large tropical gardens with exotic flowers and plants, grass areas for sunbathing, pathways and a large swimming pool for the exclusive use of owners and renters. There is enough parking space around the complex, as well as 4 entrance gates to garden and pool. All the shops, restaurants, bars and amenities are close by, as well as a bus stop, public telephone cabin and a little supermarket.
Townhouses typically comprise of ground floor : small entrance hall, large lounge / dining room with access to little private patio which leads to the communal gardens with pool, fully fitted kitchen ; first floor : terrace, 2 bedrooms, one bathroom. Furnishings and fittings vary from house to house but properties usually have TV, music system, etc. Three bedroom houses have an extra bedroom and full suite bathroom on the lower floor.
