Apartment & Complex Facilities: This is a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment in a small complex in a central positon on Mojacar Playa. The development is located up an incline approx. 350m from the beach. As such the apartment has wonderful sea views but a car is recommended although not essential. There is a good selection of shops, bars and restaurants all within 5/10 minutes walk. The lovely blue flag beaches of Mojacar are also a 5 minute or so walk away. The community has a pretty garden and pool area which the apartment looks over.
The apartment is attractively decorated and comfortably sleeps 4/5 people. The lounge/dining area has sofas, TV and table and chairs. There is a fully equipped kitchen with oven/hob, fridge-freezer, washing machine, etc. Both bedrooms again, are nicely furnished and have fitted wardrobes and bedside cabinets, one having twin beds and the master bedroom a double bed. There is a furnished terrace where guests can enjoy views of Mojacar Playa and the sea.
