The spacious well-equipped kitchen leads out onto a Spanish style courtyard and further covered area with marble topped table and chairs for eating. The swimming pool area has a large garden and separate covered BBQ area with bar, fridge and tables and chairs.
On the first floor there is a self-contained suite with a double bedroom with built in wardrobes and a TV, there is a bathroom with his and hers washbasin and a bath with separate shower. The suite has a private terrace with excellent views to the sea and the mountain behind. There is also a separate staircase down to the pool. The terrace walls are quite low so please be advised that this area is not suitable for children.
